1/ 15/ 10 - Here's a short documentary that Mark Birnbaum & Manny Mendoza did about me in recent years.8/ 09 - Knocked out this large 'Greetings from Deep Ellum' mural across from the DART station in the neighborhood. Featured are D - Robocop, E E - Bonnie & Clyde, P - Pegasus, E - a Freed Slave, L - Ford Motor Company logo, L - Edie Brickell's New Bohemian Cat, U - Cotton, and M - Walker Texas Ranger. All these itemshave meant or done something in the area at one time or another. 8 / 15/ 09 - Did this sweet pass for one of my favorite musiciansand his first performance of my favorite album ever.1973's 'A Wizard a True Star' by Todd Rundgren. 10/ 25/ 08 - It's been too long. My service provider has made the security so tight I can barely edit my site.But here's something that was fun recently... 1/ 23/08 - Recently started working with the House of Blues here in Dallas. To see more click here 10/ 24/ 07 - Just did a print series of 20 for my good friend 'Beard' who recently was hospitalized w/out health insurance. 10/ 07 - Put together this muralists project for the neighborhood. 8/08/ 07 - Just knocked out this painting commision of Gypsy as it has stood now for several months following it's closure. 7/ 31 - Last month Kettle Art took a trip to NYC for the Affordable Art Fair. Out of around 1,000 galleries from across the globe that applied, around 65 were accepted! What's cool is a third were from Europe and we were the only gallery from Texas. Overall, we moved 26 pieces and a dozen of us went up there and did this thing, Texas style! Watch this short to get an idea... 3/ 30/ 07 - Am gearing up for a quick / urgent exhibit. It should kick ass! more info Will also be at the Deep Ellum Art Festival April 7th and 8th in the Home Concepts parking lot. 3/ 25/07 - Gypsy will be closing the end of this week. Here are some paintings... 2/ 18/ 07 Been cranking out a lot of hand painted prints this week, another way to deal w/ the cold and the closing of Gypsy. 1/ 07 Spent some cold wintry downtime on putting this Tunnelvisions documentary together a) because I had the resources and b) because I wanted to learn the 'movie maker' program. I gave it to my bro to check out and he uploaded it. Now that it's out there what can I say except check it out. Did the sweet John Lennon painting in his own words... Been helping my son get his latest project off the ground. Click the cover art for more info! 12/ 06 - I painted this mural of Dimebag a couple of years ago now it's on the cover of Garage Radio Magazine's tribute issue. 11 / 06 - Photographer Tracy Croysdale captured this great photo of the Tunnelvisions project coming down. When I painted this I was going for a 'bless this mess' thing. Now it's really got that feel. 9/ 28/ 06 - Here area couple of simple stencil prints of Cheyenne Kimball and DJ Shadow. 8/ 21/ 06 - The Dallas Morning News did a story on 24 hours in the Arts...
